Swedish
A traditional oil-based massage using connective strokes and kneading to promote muscle relaxation, circulation and detoxification.
Deep Tissue
A focused massage for specific tension areas that require deeper pressure and attention. This will promote the release of chronically held tension, muscles, and fascia as well as help your overall body alignment.
Oncology
Gentle pressure and modifications for those who are or have had cancer treatments.
Cranial-sacral Balancing
A gentle yet profound and effective healing therapy that focuses on your sacrum to your cranium. Very subtle movements of the cranial sutures, spinal and sacral vertebra to restore circulation, relieve headaches; help with fibromyalgia, pelvic imbalances and many other conditions.
Pre-natal/ Pregnancy
During pregnancy, massage helps lower blood pressure, anxiety and depression; and increase blood and lymph circulation. It also relieves back and muscle spasms and improves labor outcome.
Post-natal
Promotes postpartum restoration of abdomen and weight-bearing muscle joints; provides support for mother and helps with breast feeding.
Lymphatic
Gentle pressure massage to move lymph fluid, good for everyone especially post surgery.
